• Remember, this is your child's vacation too. We encourage all kids to participate in scheduled activities, however, our primary focus is an overall enjoyable experience.
• Breckenridge is at 9,600 feet above sea level. Children are very suceptible to altitude sickness, so take it easy the first few days of your trip and make sure your child drinks plenty of fluids.
• Please make sure that your child has eaten a hearty breakfast.
• Make sure your child is healthy. Sick children will not be allowed to stay.
• Come early, check out promptly.

• Kinderhut opens at 8:30 a.m.
• Morning check-in is from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m.
• Reservations are held only until 9:30 a.m.
• Kinderhut closes promptly at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive between 4:15-5:00 p.m. to pick up your child.

• Please bring a backpack with a portable lunch, water bottle, 2 snacks, a change of clothes, sturdy walking shoes, old shoes/water shoes for creek walking, a lightweight jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a blanket for rest time, and any other security or comfort items your child may require. Also, please provide any special items or clothes which may be required for that day's activity (see below).
• Yoga: loose fitting clothing.
• Horseback riding: long pants.
• Ice Skating: long pants, long sleeved shirt and light weight gloves.
• Swimming: swimming suit and towel.

For security purposes all children must be checked in and out through our front desk. Photo ID may be required to insure children are leaving with authorized adults.
