This harness is easy to use with limited adjusments. Comes with an integrated handle for helping load or unload the chairlift. Also features a pouch for storing leashes so they do not create a hazard while riding the lift. The only drawback we have found with this harness is that the attachment points tend to be on the upper torso as opposed to the hips which tends to pull children out of balance on steeper terain or at higher speeds.
